One of the best ways to grow your coaching business is to make it simple for new clients to book time with you. With the Coaching BrandPack, you can connect all your calendars and set up your availability so you never have to worry about double bookings, missed meetings, or calendar confusion. This guide will show you how to get everything connected and set up just the way you want.

Connect Your Calendar

  • Go to Settings in your BrandPack dashboard and click on My Profile.
  • Under the calendar section, click Add New to connect your calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.).
  • Give all the necessary permissions so the system can see your availability and book appointments directly on your calendar.
  • If you have multiple calendars (work, personal, etc.), connect them all—this helps avoid scheduling conflicts.

Understand Linked vs. Conflict Calendars

  • Your Linked Calendar is where new appointments get added.
  • Conflict Calendars are any calendars the system checks to see if you’re actually free before letting someone book.
  • You can connect up to eight calendars, making it easy to protect your time—even across different parts of your life.

Set Your Booking Hours and Availability

  • Set your general availability in My Profile—for example, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
  • For each booking type (like a free explore call or a paid session), you can set unique availability inside the Calendar Settings.
  • The system will match your overall availability with the specific calendar’s rules and filter out any times with conflicts—so only real, bookable slots show up to your clients.
