Whether you're managing appointments for bookkeeping, financial planning, tax advisory, or insurance services, setting up calendar integration correctly helps keep everything flowing smoothly. This guide walks you through connecting calendars and opening your availability.

Connect Your Calendar

  • Log in to your Marketing OS dashboard.
  • Navigate to Settings → My Profile.
  • In the calendar section, click Add New to connect one or multiple calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.).
  • Grant the necessary permissions so the platform can view your free/busy times and schedule directly on your calendar.
  • Connect all relevant calendars—work, personal, staff—so booking checks every conflict and stays accurate.

With four distinct services under one roof, connecting all your calendars prevents conflicts and keeps offerings across bookkeeping, planning, taxes, and insurance in sync.

Understand Linked vs. Conflict Calendars

  • Linked Calendar: Where new client bookings go—like consultations or discovery calls.
  • Conflict Calendars: The system checks these before showing available time, ensuring you’re truly free.

You can link up to eight calendars—meaning every service area can still share a calendar, or you can segment by service to keep things organized.

Set Your Booking Hours and Availability

  • In My Profile, set your general weekly availability (e.g., Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.).
  • For each service or booking type—whether it's a bookkeeping consultation, strategy call, tax prep session, or insurance review—you can adjust availability within its specific Calendar Settings.
  • The system will filter out times that conflict with your overall schedule or other events—so clients only see real bookable slots.
