Connect Your Conversational Email (Gmail or Outlook)

  1. Log in to your Marketing OS.
  2. Navigate to Settings → My Profile.
  3. Click to connect your Gmail or Outlook account.
  4. Grant the requested permissions—this ensures your client messages appear both in your inbox and in the CRM.
  5. Repeat these steps for any team members who handle client communication.

Set Up Automated Email for Campaigns, Reminders & Funnels

  • From the main menu, go to Email Services.
  • Choose between:
    • Gmail Connection: Easy and free, but limited in daily send volume.
    • Lead Connector: Built for higher volumes—includes platform credits, with a small fee per message.
  • For Gmail, set up an App Password instead of using your standard password.
  • For Lead Connector, using a business domain—or a subdomain like send.yourdomain.com—improves delivery and brand consistency.
