A Step-by-Step Guide from Better Story Marketing
1. Check Your Email for Login Details
- Look for an email from Better Story Marketing.
- This email has your username and password.
- If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or use the “Forgot Password?” option on the login page.

2. Access the Marketing OS
- Go to app.betterstory.marketing.
- Enter your username and password from the email.
3. Explore Your Dashboard
- Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your Marketing OS dashboard.
- Don’t worry about all the menu items right now. We’ll cover those in future videos.
4. Update Your Business Profile
- Click on Settings in the side menu.
- Find the Business Profile section.
- Add your business name, email, phone number, and website.
- Tip: This info will be used across your BrandPack, so double-check it for accuracy.
5. Set Up Your Personal Profile
- Click on My Profile in the settings.
- Check that your name and email are correct.
- Update your password if you want to.
- You can also set up your email signature here.

6. Add Your Team (Optional)
- If you have other team members, go to My Staff.
- Click “Add New Member.”
- Enter their details and set their permissions.
- They’ll get their own login to set up their profiles.
7. Troubleshooting & Support
- Can’t find your login email or button? Just go to app.betterstory.marketing and use your credentials.
- If you get stuck or have questions, click the OS Help Request in your dashboard, fill out the form, and my team will help you out.
