How to Add New Team Members to the Better Story Marketing OS

  2. Select the Settings from the bottom left corner
  3. Select My Staff from the left side menu
  4. Select Add Employee from the top right

This will open a window with many options to configure your new team member's account.

You may not need to make changes in all the categories. The essential parts will be User Info, Permissions and Roles. They will determine how much access they have within the OS. 

Pro Tip: If your employee(s) uses Google/Outlook and integrates their calendar to their account within the OS, you can coordinate calendars.
