How to Customize and Publish Your Wellness Website
A step-by-step walkthrough to go from template to fully launched site
Your website is one of the most powerful tools in your brand pack. It helps potential clients find you, learn about your services, and book with you, all on their own time.
And the best part? It's already built for you. All you need to do is customize a few pieces, connect your domain, and hit publish.
This guide will walk you through every step.
Choose Your Profession’s Website Template
Your brand pack includes four ready-to-use websites: one for each type of wellness professional:
- Counselor
- Doula
- Massage Therapist
- Nutritionist
Go to Sites > Websites, preview each one, and click Edit on the one that fits your profession.
Customize Your Website
Here are the only things you really need to update:
- Your Logo (top and bottom of the page)
- Your Bio and Photo
- Client Testimonials (replace the placeholders with real feedback)
You can also:
- Change colors and text
- Reorder or duplicate sections
- Undo changes easily if needed
💡 Bonus: Items like your address, phone number, and logo are pulled from your business profile using custom values, update those in one place and they’ll sync across your site, emails, and more.

Update Your Logo (Both Light & Dark Versions)
To keep your logo consistent:
- Upload your light and dark versions to the Media library
- Copy the URLs
- Go to Settings > Custom Values
- Paste your URLs into the correct custom value fields (
Logo Dark,Logo White)
Don’t have two versions? Just use the same logo for both.
Connect or Purchase a Domain
You can’t publish your website until a domain is connected. You have two options:
- Already own a domain? Click “Connect Domain” and follow the instructions for pointing it from GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.
- Need a domain? Use the built-in domain search and purchase one right in the platform (most are $12/year).
Once connected, you'll be able to select your domain and hit Publish.
