How to Get Paid with Your Wellness Brand Pack

Set up your payment tools to earn money without chasing clients down

Getting found and booked is important, but if you’re not getting paid, your business can’t run.

Your Brand Pack makes it easy to send invoices, accept payments, and run promotions... all in one place. You can even set up automatic billing, so you don’t have to track down clients every time.

This guide walks you through how to get your payment tools ready so your clients can pay you quickly and easily.

Connect Your Payment Processor

Before anything else, you need a payment processor.
We recommend Stripe. It’s reliable, easy to set up, and works great with your Brand Pack.

To connect:

  • Go to Payments > Integrations
  • Choose Stripe
  • Set up a free account if you don’t have one

💡 Tip: Yes, there’s a small processing fee, but making it easy for clients to pay you is well worth it.

Send Invoices with Custom Payment Schedules

Once Stripe is connected, go to Payments > Invoices.

Here you can:

  • Choose a client from your contacts
  • Add your service (e.g., Doula Package, Nutrition Coaching)
  • Adjust the price if needed
  • Offer a discount
  • Split the cost into multiple payments

✅ Enable Auto Payments so clients are billed automatically on your schedule, no follow-ups needed.

You can send the invoice by email or text, or just copy a payment link to share directly.

Set Up Products, Subscriptions & Payment Links

Want to create fixed packages or recurring plans?

  • Go to Payments > Products
  • Add your one-time or subscription-based services
    (e.g., “Monthly Nutrition Coaching” for $150/month)
  • You can offer setup fees, trial periods, or end dates

Then, go to Payment Links to create a sharable payment page, perfect for quick purchases without sending an invoice.

Use Coupons and Promotions

Need to run a special offer?

  • Go to Payments > Coupons
  • Choose percentage or fixed discount
  • Set usage limits, dates, and which products it applies to

Your Brand Pack also includes ready-made promotional landing pages and emails for holidays and seasonal specials (like a Valentine’s couples massage package).

You can customize the button text and link each email to the right offer using:

  • Custom Values (for email content)
  • Trigger Links (for where buttons take people)

Keep Track and Stay Organized

Inside the Payments dashboard, you can see:

  • Drafts, sent, paid, and overdue invoices
  • Active subscriptions and recurring clients
  • Who signed agreements (use Documents to collect signatures)

It’s all in one place, so you’re not juggling multiple tools.
