How to Set Up Email in Your Wellness Brand Pack

Connect your Gmail or domain so you can start sending and receiving emails fast

Email is still one of the most effective tools to connect with prospects and clients. Whether you're replying to a new inquiry or sending out a newsletter, your Wellness Brand Pack makes it easy.

In this guide, you’ll learn the two ways to set up email:

  1. For personal back-and-forth conversations
  2. For system-generated messages and automated campaigns

You’ll also learn which option is best for your needs and how to set it up in just a few minutes.

Conversational Email (2-Way Sync with Gmail or Outlook)

This setup is perfect for one-on-one communication. You email a client from your CRM, they reply in Gmail, and the thread stays synced in both places.

To connect:

  • Go to Settings > My Profile
  • Click Connect Email and choose Gmail or Outlook
  • Authorize the connection, you're just giving permission for the systems to talk

Once it’s set up:

  • You can send and receive emails directly inside the CRM
  • All replies show up both in your CRM and your regular inbox
  • Email threads stay synced so you can respond from either place

✅ Great for personal replies, quick follow-ups, and keeping all communication in one spot

Automated Email (System Email for Campaigns, Reminders, Newsletters)

This is for emails that go out automatically — like appointment confirmations, nurture emails, or monthly updates.

You have two options here:

Option A: Use Gmail with an App Password

  • Go to Settings > Email Services
  • Choose Gmail, enter your email, and use an App Password (not your actual password)
  • Follow the steps to generate this in your Google account under Security > App Passwords

✅ Free and easy to set up
❌ Not reliable at scale — Gmail may block or delay large sends

Option B: Use a Dedicated Email Sending Domain

  • Best option for mass emails (500+ contacts or monthly newsletters)
  • Go to Settings > Email Services
  • Add a dedicated subdomain (e.g., send.yourdomain.com or email.yourdomain.com)
  • Follow the setup instructions to verify and connect

✅ Reliable for large sends and better deliverability
💰 Very low cost (fractions of a cent per email; your bundle includes $10 in credits)

Which Option Should You Choose?

If you’re mostly replying to individual clients or leads, start with Conversational Email using Gmail or Outlook. It’s great for back-and-forth messages and keeps everything synced in your CRM.

If you’re sending small batch emails (like a few updates or reminders), you can use your Gmail with an App Password. It’s free and easy, but not ideal for big sends.

If you plan to send regular updates to a bigger list — like monthly newsletters — then setting up a Dedicated Sending Domain is the best move. It helps your emails reach inboxes reliably and scale with your business.

👉 Pro tip: Most businesses will benefit from setting up both:

  • Conversational email for personal replies
  • Dedicated domain for consistent performance when sending to your full list
