Whether you’re just starting out or refreshing your career coaching brand, this step-by-step guide will walk you through updating your info, adding your logo and testimonials, tweaking design elements, and getting your site live. You don’t need to know code, and if you get stuck, support is always here for you.
Accessing Your Career Coach Website
- Log into your Marketing OS dashboard.
- Click Sites in the menu, then select Websites.
- Pick your Career Coach site from the list (you’ll also see options for Business, Leadership, and Life Coach sites).
- Your website template comes with the main pages you need: Home, Booking, Thank You, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
Personalizing Your Website
- Photo, Name, and Bio: Click your image or the text to upload a new photo, update your name, and add a quick intro about yourself.
- Testimonials: Update or delete testimonials as needed—use real feedback from clients or keep it simple with one or two great quotes.
- Logo: Use the “custom values” feature to upload your logo once and see it update everywhere (header, footer, emails, and more).
- Colors: Want a different look? Change the color scheme by selecting from the color picker or adding your own brand colors.
- Contact Info: Update your phone and email in the business profile settings; these will appear automatically in the right spots.
- Lead Generator: The booking form is set up to only show your available times (just make sure you’ve synced your calendar as shown in the calendar setup video).
