How to Set Up Your Wellness Brand Pack
Your step-by-step setup guide to hit the ground running with Better Story Marketing
You just got access to your Wellness Brand Pack! This means you're one step closer to having the marketing tools, strategy, and tech you need to launch and grow your wellness business with less stress and more confidence.
This guide walks you through everything you need to know to get started. Whether you're a counselor, doula, nutritionist, or massage therapist, this is your shortcut to getting set up fast so you can start making an impact.
Access Your Brand Pack
As soon as your order is complete, you’ll get two important emails:
- One with your login details to access the Marketing OS
- Another with a link to your Brand Pack Onboarding Guide (this includes all your videos, assets, and bonus strategy sessions)
👉 Check your spam folder if you don’t see them.
Log In and Reset Your Password
Click the link in your welcome email to launch your account. If there's no password included, just click "Reset Password" to set one up.
Once you're in, you’ll land on your dashboard. This is your command center where everything lives.

Update Your Business Profile
Go to Settings > Business Profile and fill in your:
- Business name
- Phone number
- Address
This info gets used in emails, texts, and landing pages and by using “custom values,” you only have to update it once and it automatically updates everywhere else. Easy and future-proof.
Set Up Your Team (Optional)
If you’ve got other folks working with you, you can add them under My Staff. You can set permissions so they only see what they need... no more, no less.
Pro tip: Leave “Only see assigned contacts” unchecked unless someone’s role is really limited.
