Your Better Story system is more than a marketing tool. It’s built to help you sell. That means we need to set up your services, create the tools you’ll use to send estimates and invoices, and set up offers to help leads take action.

In this guide, you’ll:

  • Add your services and pricing so people know what you offer.
  • Set up estimates, invoices, and contracts to close deals fast.
  • Create promotions to boost response rates and book more jobs.

Whether you’re just starting or you’ve been doing this for years, these tools will help you streamline sales and look professional doing it.

Create Your Services and Products

This step helps define what you’re selling, from basic services to custom packages.

  1. Go to Payments → Products in your dashboard.
  2. Click “+ New Product”.
  3. Add a name, description, and price for each service.
    • Example: “Gutter Cleaning – $149 flat rate”
  4. You can organize services into categories or group them into packages.

💡 Tip: Even if you don’t charge online, this setup makes it easy to build estimates or track what you’ve sold.

Set Up Estimates, Invoices & Contracts

Once you’ve added your services, you can turn them into clean, professional documents.

  1. Go to Payments → Estimates to create quick quotes.
  2. Select a customer, add services from your product list, and email or text it directly.
  3. When they accept, convert it to an Invoice with one click.
  4. Need a signature? Add a Contract under Payments → Contracts — perfect for big jobs or service agreements.

Set Up Promotions

Special offers help leads take action, and they’re easy to add to your system.

  1. Go to Payments → Offers (or a similar “Promo” tab, depending on your setup).
  2. Click “+ Add Offer” and set:
    • Title (e.g. “Spring Cleanup Discount”)
    • Discount amount or % off
    • Expiration date or number of redemptions
  3. You can link offers to booking forms, lead generators, or landing pages.
