  • Access and customize your post templates using Canva
  • Connect your social media accounts to the system
  • Create and schedule posts to keep your content flowing

Let’s get your social setup in place so you’re ready to show up where your customers are.

Access and Edit Your Social Media Templates

Your BrandPack includes a full set of editable social media graphics, all created in Canva.

  1. In your dashboard or welcome email, click the “Social Templates” link.
  2. Open in Canva and click “Use Template” to make your own version.
  3. Customize:
    • Your logo, colors, and contact info
    • Any headlines or service names
    • Swap in real photos of your work if you have them

Download your finished images to upload into your post planner.

💡 Tip: Keep your brand consistent across every post by using the same colors and voice throughout.

Connect Your Social Media Accounts

To schedule and publish posts, you’ll need to connect your accounts.

  1. Go to Marketing → Social Planner → Settings.
  2. Click “Connect Account” and log in to each platform:
    • Facebook (Business Page)
    • Instagram
    • Google Business Profile (optional)
  3. Authorize the connection and verify your accounts are linked.

📌 Only pages (not personal profiles) can be connected, so make sure your business pages are set up.

    • Include a CTA like “Book Now” or “Call Today”
