Life coaching is the most crowded coaching category there is. Generic advertising into it is expensive and largely ineffective.
What works is being specific and being present where a defined group already talks.
Therapists, career coaches and wellness practitioners refer people whose needs sit outside their scope.
Being clear about the situations you take, and about when someone should see a clinician instead, makes you safe to refer to.

If you serve people navigating a specific life change, the groups for that change are where they are, and they are not coaching groups.
Be useful there rather than promotional.
Long-form audio suits a trust-led purchase. Guesting on shows aimed at your specific audience produces better inquiries than paid reach.
People search their situation at the moment it becomes acute. Content answering it precisely arrives at the right time.
Ask at the end of an engagement, while the change is visible, and ask specifically about people in the same situation.
If tested, target one situation and one audience with a page written for exactly them. Generic life coaching ads rarely repay.
Be specific about the situation you serve, then be present where that group already gathers rather than where coaches gather.
Referrals, communities, podcasts and situational content. Paid advertising last, and only against one narrow situation.
