Your Coaching Website Launch Checklist: Go Live with Confidence

Make Sure Everything Works Before You Start Promoting Your Business

You’ve put in the work to build your coaching website and set up your systems—now it’s time to go live. But before you start sharing links and inviting clients, it’s smart to double-check that everything is published and working. This guide walks you through the key steps to make sure your website, booking calendar, funnels, and automations are ready to go, and shows you how to test the full experience just like a client would.

Publish Your Website and Funnels

  • Check Your Pages: Log in to your Marketing OS and click on ‘Sites’ to view your website and funnel pages.
  • Publish Everything: Open each page or funnel you want to use, hit ‘Edit’, and make sure to click ‘Publish’. If you haven’t set up your domain yet, do that first.
  • Repeat for Each Funnel: Whether you’re a business, leadership, life, or career coach, follow the same process for all pages you plan to use. Only published pages can be found and booked!

Activate Your Booking Calendars

  • Go to Calendars: Click on ‘Calendars’ and check the settings for each one.
  • Make Sure They’re Active: Inactive calendars can’t be booked! Turn on the calendars you want clients to use and deactivate the ones you don’t need.
  • Test Your Links: Copy the booking link and open it in a new browser window. Make sure it loads and you can book a session.

Review & Publish Automations

  • Open Automations: Look at the workflows for lead gen, nurture sequences, and confirmations.
  • Switch to Live Mode: If anything is in draft, publish it so it’s ready to run.
  • Choose What You Need: Not using a certain automation yet? Leave it in draft until you’re ready.

Test the Complete Customer Journey

  • Pretend You’re a Client: Open your website, fill out the forms, and book a session using a different email address.
  • Check for Problems: Make sure you get all the right emails, confirmations, and access to downloads (like your lead magnet).
  • Ask for Feedback: Send your link to a friend and ask them to walk through the booking or download process. See if they run into any confusion or issues.
